Keysight 81130A Pulse Data Generator

The Keysight 81130A Pulse Data Generator features a frequency range of up to 400/600 MHz and data rates up to 1.32 Gbit/s in one single channel. The unit provides a width range of 1.25 ns (period-1.25 ns) or 750 ps (period - 750 ps). The Keysight 81130A Pulse Data Generator provides a timing values sweep-out function without the danger of misleading pulses or dropouts that could cause measurement errors. The 81130A model can achieve complex environment stimuli by sequencing and looping the memory for very deep patterns. The RZ (return-to-zero), NRZ (non-return-to-zero), and R1 (return-to- one) formats are available. The Keysight 81130A Pulse Data Generator was previously manufactured as the Agilent 81130A Pulse Data Generator.
