The Keysight 81110A, previously known as the Agilent 81110A, is a Pulse Pattern Generator available in configurations of 165 MHz or 330 MHz with either one or two output modules. This device, which comes in single or dual-channel versions, delivers the same robust performance as its predecessor, the 81104A, but across a broader frequency range. For models equipped with 81111A output modules, users can expect enhanced accuracy in delay, pulse width, and repetition rate measurements in non-PLL mode—accuracy improves to 3% or 0.5% with self-calibration. The alternative configuration featuring one or two 81112A modules offers fixed edge speeds of 800 ps or 1.6 ns, with a stable 50 Ohm output impedance that can provide up to 3.8 Vpp into 50 Ohm loads. Note that internal channel addition is not supported in this model.
