Tektronix TAP1500 1.5 GHz Low Voltage Probe
The Tektronix TAP1500 has a probe bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and connects directly to DPO7000 and DPO/MSO4000 series oscilloscopes. The Tektronix TAP1500 provides easy access to oscilloscope probe menu display for probe status and diagnostic information to control probe DC offset. Applications for the Tektronix TAP1500 include high-speed digital systems design, characterization, and component design, educational research, and signals with voltage swings up to 16 V. The Tektronix TAP1500 features a robust design for maximum reliability and an automatic unit scaling for readout on the oscilloscope display.
