The Keysight 85024A high-frequency probe is designed to help carry out in-circuit measurements. This probe is capable of high frequency probing without adversely loading the circuit under test due to its 0.7 pF input capacitance being shunted by 1 megohm of resistance. Additionally, this device's high probe sensitivity and low distortion levels enable the use of RF analyzers' full dynamic range while measurements are being made.
