The Tektronix RSA6114A features a dynamic range of 20 dBm TOI and -151 dBm/Hz DANL at 2 GHz, allowing users to perform sophisticated spectrum analysis, fully preselected and image-free. The RSA6114A model utilizes broadband preselection filters that remain within the signal path, eliminating the hassle to choose between bandwidth and dynamic range by means of switching out preselectors.

The Tektronix RSA6114A Spectrum Analyzer features a ±0.5 dB absolute amplitude accuracy to 3 GHz for high measurement confidence and fast sweep speed, allowing 1 GHz sweep in 10 kHz RBW in less than 1 second. A comprehensive set of signal and power statistics measurements come standard with the unit: ACLR, CCDF, AM/FM/PM, channel power, occupied bandwidth, and spurious measurements along with phase noise and general purpose modulation analysis measurements. These functions on the intuitive DPX spectrum display offer users a live view of signal transients changing over time in the frequency domain.
