Olympus DSX1000 Digital Microscope

The Olympus DSX1000 is a digital microscope featuring a 27X to over 9000X magnification range, tilt functionality, a motorized XY, and an advanced scan head. The fast failure analysis works with guaranteed accuracy and repeatability. Meanwhile, the large selection of 17 objective lenses are easy to change and install and include super-long-working distance-objective, high-resolution, and high-numerical aperture options.

Depending on each testing suitability or requirement, users can switch between 6 different observation methods at the press of a button, perform a fast macro to micro viewing, and take accurate measurements with a telecentric optical system.

On top of the extensive accessories and functions that Olympus DSX offers, the PRECiV software can achieve fast, efficient inspection workflows for image acquisition, quantitative measurements and image analysis, reporting, and advanced materials science inspection tasks.

There are 4 different Olympus DSX1000 models, including entry, tilt, high resolution, and high end. ATEC offers the tilt model, which features a motorized XY stage to allow viewing of samples from many angles.
