Keithley 8009 Resistivity Test Fixture

The Keithley 8009 Resistivity Test Fixture performs volume resistivity measurements up to 10¹⁸ ohm-cm or surface resistivity measurements up to 10¹⁷ Ω. Keithley 8009 test fixtures are designed with a three-lug triaxial connector that allows the 8009 to connect easily to the Keithley Model 6517, Keithley Model 6517A or the Keithley Model 6517B Electrometer. The Keithley 8009 determines the resistivity of an insulator sample by first applying a test voltage to the sample and measuring the subsequent current, and then applying the test voltage value and the measured current value to the appropriate equation, from which the resistivity is calculated.
