IFI SCCX150 Solid State RF Power Amplifier

The IFI SCCX150 Solid State RF Power Amplifier produces 150 watts / min. of rated power, 100 watts / min. of P1dB power and 52 dB / min. of gain. These radio frequency amplifiers operate at a frequency range of 10 kHz – 220 MHz. IFI SCCX150 units demonstrate superb RF performance, their solid state design minimizing EMI signal leakage while providing an accessible interface for technicians. Conservatively designed, they operate below maximum ratings for ruggedness and long term reliability, with sixth generation LDMOS Transistors providing reliable brute-power performance.

The IFI SCCX Solid State RF’s innovative power amplifiers are specifically designed for laboratory and testing applications. IFI SCCX150 products feature individually shielded aluminum assemblies for the module level, the shielded modular design minimizing EMI signal leakage and allowing for joint use of multiple SCCX units. Self-diagnostic circuitry communicates any issues that might arise with the unit, and integrated force air cooling ensures your device does not overheat. A backlit screen and IEEE-488 interface are complimented by RS232 remote operation.
