The Amplifier Research 500T8G18 is a 500 W, 7.5 GHz - 18 GHz TWT amplifier with an instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and reduced harmonics. AR 500T8G18 models come in a modern, aesthetically pleasing cabinet and can be utilized for benchtop or rack mounting use. The front panel screen provides the system's forward and reflected output and extensive system status info on a digital display. Compact and yet versatile in their operating features, Amplifier Research 500T8G18 amplifiers possess built-in IEEE-488 (GPIB) interfaces, VSWR protection, gain control and monitoring of the device's TWT helix current, collector voltage, heater voltage, cathode voltage and more. Ideal for EMC RF immunity, industrial and defense applications.
