The Megger DET2/3 is a ground resistance tester that is designed for measuring earth resistance in a variety of applications. Compared to the Megger DET3TD and DET3TC, the DET2/3 is a more advanced model with additional features and capabilities.
One of the key differences between the DET2/3 and the DET3TD/DET3TC is that the DET2/3 can measure earth resistance using both the two-terminal and three-terminal methods, while the DET3TD/DET3TC only uses the three-terminal method. This makes the DET2/3 more versatile and able to handle a wider range of testing scenarios.
The DET2/3 also has a wider measurement range than the DET3TD/DET3TC, with a range of 0.001 Ω to 20 kΩ, compared to 0.01 Ω to 2000 Ω for the DET3TD and 0.01 Ω to 200 Ω for the DET3TC. This makes the DET2/3 suitable for testing larger grounding systems with higher resistance values.
