Keyence LS-9000M Optical Micrometer Series

Keyence LS-9000M series optical micrometers are high-precision measuring devices that perform dimensional analysis with a Green LED light and three CMOS receptors. Green-LED technology generates a high-intensity, long-lasting beam of light that is condensed by an efficiently-focusing collimated lens. With their tilt correction feature, Keyence LS-9000M micrometers can be placed in any position and still provide accurate measurements. The system’s 8-point software calibration/scaling allows for up to 10 millionths precision (.254μm). No moving parts are included in the LS-9000M’s solid state design, meaning no maintenance for worn out motors and polygonal mirrors.
