The company now known as ETS-Lindgren formed gradually, beginning as EMC Test systems (ETS) in 1995 when EMCO, Rantec, and Ray Proof joined together. Each company brought their expertise in RF shielding, anechoic chamber design, and RF research to develop a comprehensive EMC product line. ETS acquired Lindgren RF Enclosures in 2000 and became ETS-Lindgren, establishing the company as a leader in MRI shielded rooms. Since then, they have expanded to the global market, growing their product lines to meet a variety of needs.
