DeFelsko PosiTest AT Series Adhesion Testers
The DeFelsko PosiTest Adhesion Tester (AT) Series of instruments measure the adhesion of coatings to metal, wood, concrete, and other rigid substrates. This series comes in two modes: manual and automatic. The manual hydraulic pump is designed to apply smooth and continuous pressure with a single stroke. The Automatic can manage that task while greatly reducing user effort and the risk of influencing the pulling process. In addition, the automatic model comes with an impact and scratch resistant color touch screen with keypad for operation with or without gloves. Whichever you choose, the DeFelsko PosiTest adhesion tester series can measure the force required to pull a specified test diameter of coatings or material away from its substrate using hydraulic pressure. Both are compatible with PosiSoft desktop software for viewing, storing, and printing measurement data.
The DeFelsko PosiTest AT Series is simple, durable, accurate, versatile, and powerful. The simplicity comes from its portability and ability to automatically calculate pressure based on dolly or plate size. The tester is durable thanks to its weatherproof, dustproof, and shockproof environmentally sealed enclosure and ability to be used in any position. Its accuracy is reflected in is NIST traceable load cell which operates within 1% of the exact reading. The DeFelsko adhesion tester series' internal memory stores maximum pull-off pressure, rate of pull, test duration and dolly size. The LCD screen displays pressure value in PSI, MPa and Newtons. Finally, the tester's power comes from its sealed USB port for fast connection to the user's PC. All these qualities combine to form a reliable tester.
The DeFelsko PosiTest Adhesion Tester Series is typically used in conduction with the DeFelsko PosiTest Adhesion Tester Verifier.
