We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst.

Pay Grade: $34-$38.00 per hour non-exempt

Responsibilities

Monitors existing customer base for changes in credit risk and update credit lines.
Researches and implements credit terms for new customers.
Researches, resolves, or elevates customer disputes.
Creates, maintains, and monitors all loan and credit files in the GP database.
Ability to follow up with customers both internally and externally
Approves deliveries and shipments-credit hold releases. Comfortable explaining to customers and salesperson why an order is being held
Maintains current accounts through review of balances, credit limits, past due invoices and last payment date
Processes billing
Processes AR transactions
Processes credit memo
Completes vendor forms.
Performs other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounting Department

Required Skills

Strong computer skills: Great Plains experience preferred
Strong customer service and extremely detail oriented

Education

College degree required in Finance or Accounting required
