Rentals begin the day the equipment is shipped or picked up, including transit time.
Weekly rental is 7 days including the day it ships.
Bi-weekly is 14 days including the day it ships.
Monthly is 30 days including the day it ships.
As long as you need. After the initial committed rental period, the rental prorates daily.
Once the equipment arrives at the ATEC Receiving Department subject to end of rental inspection, the rental period ends.

Shipping
Yes. ATEC can prepay and bill the shipment or ship on your account at any speed requested.
Equipment must be returned safely packed in our original packaging OR something comparable. Missing crates will be billed as an additional cost if not returned.
No Return Material Authorization (RMA) form is needed for returning rentals. Ship equipment back to our headquarters at:

Security deposits are requested to ship new rentals when credit criteria is not met. They are returned once the equipment is inspected by our lab within 5–7 days upon receipt.
If a rental contract is set up on credit card terms, the card will automatically be charged on the invoice due date.

All equipment includes standard NIST traceable calibration when applicable.
Yes. ATEC has 9 in-house A2LA accredited calibration labs which support the full compliant ISO 17025 calibration of rental and customer-owned equipment.
Yes. ATEC provides all rental equipment with standard accessories. Optional accessories are often available for rent as well.
All orders include calibration certification or certificate of conformance as well as quality assurance checklists and a packing slip.
